Perfecta para un grupo peque\u00f1o, esta receta es f\u00e1cil de escalar siempre y cuando tengas un horno lo suficientemente grande.<\/p>\n<p>Esta receta surgi\u00f3 de la necesidad de dar de comer a invitados inesperados. Un domingo, ten\u00eda unos invitados para ver el f\u00fatbol. Uno de ellos me llam\u00f3 unas horas antes del partido. Me pregunt\u00f3 si pod\u00eda traer a su hermano y a sus dos sobrinos, ya que hab\u00edan venido de visita inesperadamente. Sab\u00eda que me encantaban las multitudes y que no me quejar\u00eda por tener invitados de m\u00e1s. No hay problema, que vengan.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, me acord\u00e9. Sus sobrinos eran adolescentes y seguramente ten\u00edan mucho apetito. Aunque ya hab\u00eda planeado un gran banquete, sab\u00eda que ten\u00eda que poner algo m\u00e1s en la mesa. No ten\u00eda tiempo para ir de compras ni cocinar nada elaborado.<\/p>\n<p>Ech\u00e9 un vistazo r\u00e1pido al congelador y encontr\u00e9 un paquete de alitas de pollo. Ten\u00eda salsa de soja en la nevera y az\u00facar moreno en la despensa. \u00bfAlguien quiere pollo teriyaki?<\/p>\n<p>Como ten\u00eda unas cuantas horas, decid\u00ed que la mejor opci\u00f3n era cocerlos en el horno a fuego lento. Los cocin\u00e9 durante 2 horas y media esa primera vez. No salieron tan crujientes como esperaba, pero estaban perfectas para comer.<\/p>\n<p>Mi primer intento fue un semiexito. Adem\u00e1s de no quedar lo bastante crujientes, a\u00f1ad\u00ed demasiada salsa de soja, y las alitas acabaron un poco demasiado saladas. A mis invitados no pareci\u00f3 importarles. Las alitas se acabaron en los primeros 15 minutos y recib\u00ed algunos elogios por ellas.<\/p>\n<p>He hecho esta receta varias veces desde entonces, modific\u00e1ndola un poco aqu\u00ed y all\u00e1. Lo mejor de <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Teriyaki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teriyaki<\/a> es el delicioso sabor que se percibe en cada bocado. Cuando se selecciona una parte m\u00e1s grande del ave, no se obtiene ese sabor consistente y eso puede restar valor a la experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si cubres una pechuga de pollo grande con adobo teriyaki, obtendr\u00e1s el rico sabor cuando muerdas la piel. Sin embargo, al morder desde m\u00e1s adentro, el sabor ser\u00e1 menor.<\/p>\n<p>La mejor opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda seleccionar una parte m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a del ave, como el ala, o cortar la pechuga en dados y luego marinarla. De ese modo, obtendr\u00e1 el sabor teriyaki en cada bocado.<\/p>\n<p>Otro consejo para un buen pollo teriyaki es utilizar salsa de soja de calidad. La marca que elija debe ser rica en sabor umami con un gusto suave.
