Kijk uit voor ribben die te dicht bij het bot zijn gesneden. U zult zien dat het bot op de verkeerde plaatsen uitsteekt. Vermijd die rekken, bekend als shiners. Andere dingen die u wilt vermijden zijn overtollig oppervlaktevet, verkleurde ribben of ribben met uitgedroogde randen.<\/p>\n<p>Vermijd ribbetjes die met smaakstoffen zijn versterkt. Dan gaat er een laagje zoete, pittige barbecue overheen, voordat het weer naar binnen gaat om verder te garen. Rook gedurende 3 uur. <\/li><li id=\"mv_create_3_5\">Haal de ribben uit de rookoven. Leg de ribben op stevig aluminiumfolie en verpak ze. Voordat u de folie sluit, smeert u gesmolten boter, honing en bruine suiker lichtjes op de vleeskant van de ribben. <\/li><li id=\"mv_create_3_6\">Goed inpakken en nog 2 uur in de rookoven. <\/li><li id=\"mv_create_3_7\">Haal de ribben uit de verpakking en bestrijk ze met 1\/2 kopje barbecuesaus. Rook nog een uur. <\/li><li id=\"mv_create_3_8\">Haal de ribbetjes uit de rookoven.
